How do you stop loving someone after a heartbreak?
You don’t.
How do you stop aching for someone who doesn’t love you anymore?
You really can’t
How can you just switch off and cut someone from your life, who was such a big part of it?
Takes time.

But you can still have a great Valentine’s day and not feel absolutely broken and lost. And l will tell you how, but first, let’s understand this feeling of “heartbreak.” When we believe we have found the perfect creature to love and cherish, there is another aspect that we forget to look at; can this one person love us the way we expect to be loved? Or because we have bigger hearts that are full of love, we don’t see that the object of our admiration doesn’t have the same capacity or maybe isn’t willing to open up. It’s easier to reject others than to be rejected, and it’s much braver to love and want someone wholeheartedly. So there is nothing wrong in loving intensely, but now its time to move on.

So this Valentine’s Day, don’t pull yourself down because you are recently single, just been dumped or found out about a significant other’s betrayal. Here are five things to do if you’re broken-hearted this February 14th.
